加氢裂化装置生产5号工业白油技术总结

摘要:

对中国石油化工股份有限公司九江分公司生产工业白油的可行性进行了深入分析,认为加氢裂化装置生产5号工业白油是可行的。工业应用结果表明,通过调整催化剂装填体系、级配使用高性能精制催化剂和选择性更高的裂化催化剂、优化反应条件及分馏系统等具体措施,在加氢裂化装置原料中掺炼20%的催化裂化柴油的情况下,成功生产出芳烃质量分数为3.80%、运动黏度为4.33 mm2/s、闪点为123℃的5号工业白油(Ⅰ)产品,收率达到32.3%。从公司炼油全流程看,将劣质的催化裂化柴油转化为具有高附加值的工业白油,可显著改善公司产品结构,有力推动了炼化企业的炼油结构转型,对炼化企业的生产优化具有重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

This paper makes an in-depth analysis on the feasibility of producing industrial white oil in SINOPEC Jiujiang Company. The analysis shows that it is feasible to produce 5# industrial white oil with hydrocracking unit. Industrial application results show that by adjusting the catalyst loading system, using high-performance refining catalyst and high-selectivity cracking catalyst, optimizing the reaction conditions and fractionation systems, and other specific measures, the 5# industrial white oil(Ⅰ) with aromatic content of 3.80%, viscosity of 4.33 mm2/s and flash point of 123 ℃ is produced with 20% FCC diesel blended into the feedstock of hydrocracking unit. The yield of 5# industrial white oil(Ⅰ) reaches 32.3%. From the perspective of the whole refining process of the company, the inferior FCC diesel can be converted into industrial white oil with high added value, which can significantly improve the product structure of the company, strongly promote the refining structure transformation of the refining and chemical enterprises, and has an important reference significance for the production optimization of refining and chemical enterprises.
