摘要:

对水煤浆气化工段、变换工段开工线的工业应用进行了探讨和优化。气化过程中存在腐蚀、磨蚀、易堵塞管道和设备等问题,这些问题直接影响气化装置的开停车过程、稳定运行和寿命,因此在气化工段优化增设闪蒸系统跨线十分必要。建立黑水在气化炉和碳洗塔之间的封闭循环,可加快黑水升温速率,缩短气化工段开车时间至0.5 h,同时可实现气化不停车切出闪蒸系统进行检修。变换工段催化剂在一定的温度下才具有活性,在正式生产导入粗合成气前,要对床层进行预升温,升温的热源来自于外置的电加热器,通过压缩机使氮气循环流动作为热载体。增设独立的升温管线对变换炉内催化剂床层进行升温,使循环流程缩短,系统阻力降减小,压缩机功耗降低。优化后开车直接费用可节约10万元/次,投资可在两到三个大修周期内收回,开工线运行平稳可靠,效益显著。

Abstract:

The industrial application of start-up line of coal water slurry gasification section and transformation section is discussed and optimized. Corrosion, abrasion, easy blockage of pipes and equipment and other problems exist in the gasification process, which directly affect the start-up and shutdown process, stable operation and service life of the gasification unit. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize by adding flash system across the line in the gasification section. Establish the closed circulation of black water between the gasifier and the carbon washing tower, speed up the heating rate of black water, shorten the start-up time of the gasification section to 0.5 hours, and realize the maintenance of the flash system without shut down the gasification. In the transformation section, the catalyst can only be active at a certain temperature. During formal production, the bed shall be heated up in advance before the crude synthetic gas is introduced. The heat source for heating up comes from the external electric heater. The nitrogen circulates through the compressor as the heat carrier. An independent heating pipeline is added to heat up the catalyst bed in the transformation furnace, which shortens the circulation process, reduces the system resistance drop, and reduces the compressor power consumption. After optimization, the direct cost of start-up can be saved by 100,000 yuan each time, and the investment can be recovered within two to three overhaul cycles. The start-up line runs stably and reliably with remarkable benefits.
