延迟焦化装置加热炉在线蒸汽清焦技术工业应用总结

摘要:

对延迟焦化装置加热炉在线蒸汽清焦技术进行了优化改进,在切断加热炉渣油进料阶段采用快速降温和快速升温的方法,清焦过程中取消变温操作,采用高温蒸汽进行恒温剥焦。总结了在线蒸汽清焦技术的基本原理、设计要求、操作内容及其在中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司3号延迟焦化装置的应用情况。控制恒温蒸汽剥焦前的降温和升温速率是清焦工作的关键,正确判断清焦过程中的压力变化有利于掌握清焦进程。采用在线清焦技术的延迟焦化加热炉一般使用4管程或6管程;辐射段炉管应选择Cr9Mo或以上级别材质;清焦过程中蒸汽流量控制在2.5~3.5 t/h,炉管表面温度控制在670℃左右。清焦后,1号、2号管程炉管表面温度分别平均降低78,65℃,入炉压力分别降低0.11,0.06 MPa,清焦效果显著。

Abstract:

The online steam coke cleaning technology of the delayed coking heating furnace is optimized and improved, which adopt the method of rapid cooling and rapid heating in the phase of cutting off the feeding, cancel the variable temperature operation during the coke cleaning process, and adopt high-temperature steam for constant temperature coke cleaning. The basic principle, design requirements, operation content of online steam coke cleaning technology and its application in 3# delayed coking unit of SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company are summarized. Controlling the rate of cooling and heating before coke cleaning with constant temperature steam is the key to coke cleaning. Correct judgment of the pressure change during coke cleaning is conducive to mastering the coke cleaning process. The delayed coking heating furnace using online coke cleaning technology generally adopts four tube passes or six tube passes; the furnace tube material of the radiation section shall be Cr9Mo or above; during coke cleaning, the steam flow shall be controlled at 2.5~3.5 t/h, and the surface temperature of furnace tube shall be controlled at about 670 ℃. After coke cleaning, the surface temperature of 1# and 2# tube pass furnace tube decreases by 78 ℃ and 65 ℃ on average respectively, and the furnace inlet pressure decreases by 0.11 MPa and 0.06 MPa respectively. The effect of coke cleaning is significant.
