催化裂化装置烟气轮机结垢原因分析与对策

摘要:

烟气轮机(烟机)叶片结垢已成为影响国内催化裂化装置长周期运行的主要原因之一。分析得知,催化剂的强度和旋风分离器的设计是影响催化裂化装置烟机结垢的两个主要因素。立足于烟机结垢机理,结合催化裂化操作工况,分析探讨了上述两个因素对烟机结垢的影响。研究表明,应充分关注三级旋风分离器出口或烟机垢样的颗粒粒径分布情况。如果粒径主要集中在1~10μm,则烟机结垢原因主要是由于催化剂强度不足,大量催化剂被打成细粉;如果大量催化剂颗粒粒径在10μm以上,则烟机结垢原因可能是旋风分离器的设计以及反应-再生操作工况的问题。实地调研了中国石油玉门油田分公司炼油化工总厂催化裂化烟机结垢问题,提出了预防催化裂化烟机结垢的建议。

Abstract:

Scaling of flue gas turbine has become one of the main reasons affecting the long cycle operation of FCCU in China. According to the analysis, the catalyst strength and cyclone separator are the two main factors affecting the flue gas scale formation in the catalytic cracking unit. Based on the scaling mechanism of flue gas turbine and combined with the operating conditions of catalytic cracking, the research analyzed and discussed the role and influence mode of the above two factors on the scaling of flue gas turbine. The results show that more attention should be paid to the particle size distribution of the third-cyclone outlet or flue machine scale. If the particle size is mainly concentrated in 1~10 μm, it is mainly due to the insufficient strength of the catalyst, and a large amount of catalysts are made into fine powder. If the particle size of a large number of catalysts are more than 10 μm, it may be due to the design of the cyclone separator and the reaction-regeneration operation condition. The scale problem of FCC flue gas turbine in Petrochemical Complex of PetroChina Yumen Oilfield Company was investigated on the spot, and some suggestions were put forward to prevent the scale of FCC flue gas turbine.
