炼化企业安全绿色高质量发展指标评价体系信度研究

Reliability study on the safe, eco-friendly and high-quality development evaluation indicator system of refinery enterprise

摘要:

当前对于与工业高质量发展指标体系配套的统计测度分析的发展还相对滞后,上级管理部门难以对指标的合理性及企业指标数据的一致性做出准确的衡量,无法及时对指标体系做出评判和调整,影响了指标的可用性和有效性。基于中国石化安全绿色高质量发展炼化企业指标评价体系,对企业指标数据进行了克伦巴赫系数(Cronbach’s α)计算、层次聚类、变异系数测试,取得了初步成果,依据分析结果对其中部分指标项提出了调整建议。数据基于市场竞争力、资源可持续能力、绿色低碳能力、本质安全能力、科技创新能力、社会影响力等6大指标项、40个分项,其中市场竞争力、资源可持续能力、社会影响力通过了信度测试;绿色低碳能力、科技创新能力在数据进一步标准化后已通过;本质安全能力数据未通过信度测试。

Abstract:

At present, the development of statistical measurement and analysis supporting the industrial high-quality development indicator system is relatively lagging behind. It is difficult for the management department to accurately measure the rationality of indicators and the consistency of enterprise indicator data, and unable to timely evaluate and adjust the indicator system, which affects the availability and effectiveness of indicators. Based on SINOPEC's safe, eco-friendly, and high-quality development evaluation indicator system of refinery enterprise, we conducted Cronbach's α calculation, hierarchical clustering and coefficient of variation test on enterprise indicator data, and achieved preliminary results. Based on the analysis results, we proposed several adjustments to some indicators. The data is based on market competitiveness, resource and energy sustainability, eco-friendly low-carbon ability, inherent safety ability, technology innovation ability, and social influence, with a total of 6 major items and 40 sub items. Among them, market competitiveness, resource sustainability and social influence passed the reliability test; the eco-friendly low-carbon ability and technology innovation ability passed the reliability test after further standardization of data; the inherent safety ability failed the reliability test.
