实施汽油国ⅥB标准兼顾增产低碳烯烃实践总结

中海油惠州石化有限公司分两期建成了22 Mt/a炼油项目:一期规模为12 Mt/a,于2009年建成投产;二期规模为10 Mt/a,于2017年建成投产。一期炼油工程设计加工渤海高酸重质原油,产品以汽油、喷气燃料、柴油和PX(对二甲苯)为主,设计汽油、柴油满足国Ⅲ标准要求。二期炼油工程设计加工中东高硫中质原油,产品以汽油、喷气燃料、柴油为主,设计汽油、柴油满足国Ⅴ标准要求。二期投产后,为应对变化的油品和石化产品市场,在原油加工规模和性质不变的前提下,实施了产品结构优化与质量升级的改造项目,实现增产PX 1.50 Mt/a,汽油、柴油、喷气燃料收率由59%降至50%,二期FCC实施MIP-CGP技术(增产丙烯、多产异构烷烃的清洁汽油生产技术)改造增产低碳烯烃的同时圆满实现了汽油达到国ⅥB标准的目标。

Abstract:

CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd. completed the 22 MM TPY refining project in two phases. The first phase of 12 MM TPY was completed and put into operation in 2009; the second phase of 10 MM TPY was completed and put into operation in 2017. The first phase was designed to process Bohai high acid heavy crude oil, the main products were gasoline, jet fuel, diesel and PX, and the design of gasoline and diesel met the requirements of Guo Ⅲ standard; the second phase was designed to process the Middle East high sulfur medium crude oil, the main products were gasoline, jet fuel and diesel, and the design of gasoline and diesel met the requirements of Guo Ⅴ standard. After the second phase was put into operation, in order to cope with the changing oil and petrochemical products market, the transformation project of product structure optimization and quality upgrading was implemented on the premise that the processing scale and properties of crude oil remained unchanged, achieving an increase of 1.50 MM TPY PX, and the yield of gasoline, diesel and jet fuel was reduced from 59% to 50%; Guo ⅥB standard of gasoline was successfully realized with the consideration of the second stage FCC technology and the implementation of MIP-CGP technology transformation to increase the low carbon olefins.
