汽油吸附脱硫装置先进控制应用总结

摘要:

运用先进控制技术建立了1.2 Mt/a汽油吸附脱硫装置多变量预测模型、在线软仪表质量模型和闭锁料斗安全操作管理系统,实时对闭锁料斗的异常工况进行预警、报警、诊断、分析,并为异常工况提供优化操作指导,保证了装置的安全运行。先进控制系统投用后,辛烷值损失降低了0.03单位,主要被控变量标准偏差平均降幅40%以上,最大降幅68.27%,提高了装置运行平稳率,增强了装置抗干扰能力,提高了操作人员工作效率,取得了每年233万元的良好经济效益。

Abstract:

The multivariable prediction model, online soft instrument quality model and lock hopper safety operation management system of 1.2 MM TPY gasoline adsorption desulfurization unit are established by using advanced control technology, which can give early warning, alarm, diagnosis and analysis to the abnormal working conditions of the lock hopper in real time, and provide optimal operation guidance for the abnormal working conditions, thus ensuring the safe operation of the unit. After the advanced control system is put into use, the octane number loss decreases by 0.03 unit, the standard deviation of the main controlled variables decreases by more than 40% on average, and the maximum decrease is 68.27%, which improves the operation stability of the unit, enhances the anti-interference ability of the unit, improves the working efficiency of the operators, and achieves a good economic benefit of 2.33 million yuan per year.
