催化裂化汽油烯烃含量对S Zorb装置长周期运行影响分析

Effect of olefin content in FCC gasoline on long-term operation of S Zorb unit

摘要:

介绍了某公司催化裂化汽油中烯烃含量的上升对S Zorb装置进料换热器(E101)、反应器过滤器(ME101)等设备以及装置工艺参数调整的影响。该公司S Zorb装置中原料烯烃的质量分数在短时间内从21.5%上升到28.0%,不仅造成装置中反应进料换热器(E101)管程结焦严重,换热能力大幅下降,换热器偏流现象加剧,而且使得反应器过滤器(ME101)压差短时间内明显上涨,严重影响了装置的安全运行,同时还造成装置的辛烷值损失加剧。为保证装置长周期安全运行,针对烯烃结焦现象,提出了加强原料和关键设备监控、及时调整反吹系统和反应器温升以及严格控制醚后碳四回炼流程等优化建议。

Abstract:

The influence of the increase of olefin content in FCC gasoline of a company on the feed heat exchanger E101, reactor filter ME101 and other equipment and the adjustment of process parameters of the S Zorb unit is introduced. The mass fraction of olefins in feedstock of this company's S Zorb unit rose from 21.5% to 28.0% in a short period of time, which not only caused serious coking in the tube process of the reaction feed heat exchanger(E101), a significant decrease in heat transfer capacity and intensification of heat exchanger bias flow phenomenon, but also caused the obvious rise of the pressure difference of the reactor filter(ME101) in a short time, which seriously affected the safe operation of the unit. It also caused the aggravation of the loss of octane value. In order to ensure the safe operation of the unit for a long period of time, in view of the coking phenomenon of olefins, optimization suggestions were put forward, such as strengthening the monitoring of feedstocks and key equipment, adjusting the temperature rise of the back-blowing system and reactor in time, and strictly controlling the refining process of post-MTBE C4.
