摘要:

从中国石油化工股份有限公司济南分公司污水处理场废气处理装置运行状况出发,分析了污水处理场投运VOCs(挥发性有机物)废气治理设施的必要性,并对废气治理设施主要工艺原理进行了解析,介绍了蓄热式氧化(RTO)技术在该公司实际应用过程中出现的问题及相应调整措施。应用结果表明:废气中VOCs的去除率达到了设计要求,排放的尾气中非甲烷总烃质量浓度小于20 mg/m3,各污染物浓度均低于国家标准限值。

Abstract:

Starting from the operation status of the waste gas treatment device in the wastewater treatment plant of SINOPEC Jinan Company, the necessity of running VOCs waste gas treatment facilities in the wastewater treatment plant is analyzed. The main process principles of the waste gas treatment facilities are introduced, and the problems and corresponding adjustment measures of regenerative thermal oxidizer(RTO) technology application in the company are analyzed as well. The application results show that the removal rate of VOCs in the exhaust gas meets the design requirements, the mass concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbon in the emitted exhaust gas is less than 20 mg/m3, and the concentration of each pollutant is lower than the national standard limit.
