大型催化裂化装置再生器旋分系统优化设计

Optimization design of regenerator cyclone system in large FCC unit

摘要:

借助国内某4.2 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置再生器旋风分离器(旋分)系统设计参数,完成了不同旋分组数、不同旋分布置圈数的设计方案。在此过程中发现:当旋分入口烟气量相同时,旋分组数越多,再生器稀相直径越大;当旋分组数相同时,三圈布置方案比两圈布置方案更紧凑,可获得到更小的再生器稀相直径。因此,在进行大型催化裂化装置再生器旋分系统设计时,建议优先选择三圈布置方案。同时,针对再生器旋分系统使用过程中出现的旋分壳体变形、焊缝开裂、内部衬里脱落和磨损、料腿末端装置磨损严重、拉筋装置布置不合理等问题,提供了相应的设计优化措施,这些优化方案和措施可有效缩小再生器稀相直径、节省装置投资、延长旋分系统使用年限、确保装置长周期安全运行。

Abstract:

By using the design parameters of the cyclone system of the regenerator of a domestic 4.2 MM TPY RFCC unit, the schemes of different cyclone group number and cyclone distribution number are completed. It is found that when the flue gas volume is the same, the more cyclone group number, the larger the dilute phase diameter of the regenerator. When the number of cyclone groups is the same, the three-circle arrangement is more compact than the two-circle arrangement, and the dilute phase diameter of the regenerator is smaller. Therefore, it is suggested that the internal cyclone distribution of regenerator in large catalytic plant should be prioritized to choose the three-circle arrangement scheme. At the same time, the corresponding design optimization measures are provided to solve the problems such as deformation of the cyclone shell, weld cracking, inner lining shedding and wear, serious wear of the end device of the dip leg and unreasonable arrangement of the tensioning device in the practical application of the cyclone system of the regenerator. The optimization schemes and measures can effectively reduce the diameter of the dilute phase of the regenerator, save the investment of the unit, extend the service life of the cyclone system, ensure the long-term safe operation of the unit.
