LNG接收站高压泵及高压管道系统压力等级优化研究

Optimization study on high-pressure pump and pressure grade of high-pressure piping system in LNG terminal

摘要:

以某LNG(液化天然气)接收站为例,介绍了LNG接收站各运行工况下的物料平衡计算、高压泵扬程计算及高压系统压力等级确定的过程,并对影响高压泵扬程及管道压力等级的关键因素进行了分析。该LNG接收站为分期建设,一期工程建设规模3.0 Mt/a,远期工程建设规模10.0 Mt/a。物料平衡计算采用PORⅡ9.4软件得到各工况下LNG物理性质参数,用作高压泵扬程计算中的输入数据。通过优化高压泵运行工况选取原则,结合泵实际运行性能曲线,实现了高压泵扬程计算及压力等级选择的优化。优化后,一期+远期工程高压泵能耗最高可节约7.4%,并降低了高压泵出口管道及设备的设计压力及阀门磅级。

Abstract:

Taking a domestic LNG terminal as an example, this paper introduces the process of material balance calculation, high-pressure pump head calculation and pressure grade determination of high-pressure system under various operating conditions. Key factors affecting pump head and piping pressure grade are analyzed. The LNG terminal is constructed in stages, with a construction scale of 3.0 MM TPY for the first phase and 10.0 MM TPY for the long-term project. The material balance calculation is performed using PROⅡ 9.4 software to obtain LNG physical property parameters under various operating conditions, which are used as input data in the high-pressure pump head calculation. By optimizing the selection principle of high-pressure pump operating conditions and combining with the actual operation performance curve of the pump, the optimization of high-pressure pump head calculation and pressure grade selection is realized. Through optimization, the energy consumption of high-pressure pump in the first phase + long-term project can be saved by up to 7.4%, and the design pressure and valve class of high-pressure pump outlet pipeline and equipment can be reduced.
