A/O生物流化床工艺处理高盐度烟脱废水研究

Study on treatment of FCC flue gas desulphurization wastewater with A/O biological fluidized bed process

摘要:

A/O(缺氧/好氧)生物流化床处理FCC烟气脱硫废水与生活污水的混合水(简称高盐度烟脱混合废水)最适宜温度为25~35℃,最佳水力停留时间为10 h。反应器系统稳定后,进水COD(化学需氧量)、氨氮质量浓度、总氮依次为210,11,16.3 mg/L时,出水的3个指标分别可达到50,0.34,3.8 mg/L。结果表明:该工艺对高盐度烟脱混合废水具有良好的处理效果。经A/O生物流化床处理,即使进水水质波动较大,如COD最高达到710 mg/L、总氮最高达到47 mg/L,仍可保持出水COD不大于60 mg/L,出水总氮小于8 mg/L,说明该工艺具有较好的抗水质冲击能力。该研究为高盐度难降解废水的生物处理提供了参考。

Abstract:

Using A/O(anoxic/oxic) biological fluidized bed to treat FCC flue gas desulfurization wastewater, the optimal temperature is 25~35 ℃, and the optimal hydraulic retention time is 10 h. After the reactor system is stabilized, when the influent COD(chemical oxygen demand), NH+4-N mass concentration, and TN(total nitrogen) are 210, 11, 16.3 mg/L respectively, the three indicators of effluent can reach 50, 0.34, 3.8 mg/L. The results show that the process had good treatment effects on the high-salinity flue gas desulphurization wastewater. After A/O biological fluidized bed treatment, even if the influent water quality fluctuates greatly, such as COD reaching 710 mg/L and TN reaching 47 mg/L, the COD of the effluent can be maintained at no more than 60 mg/L, and the TN of the effluent can be maintained at less than 8 mg/L. This indicates that the process has good water impact resistance. This study provides a reference for the biological treatment of high-salinity and difficult to degrade wastewater.
