摘要:

渣油加氢装置用能机理复杂,文章从用能机理出发,对渣油加氢装置各用能单元能效影响因素进行了分析,提出了一种渣油加氢装置能效评价方法。确定各单元能效评价指标,利用熵权法计算各指标权重,通过对各指标赋分,计算渣油加氢装置能效指数。结果表明,中国石化同类装置能效指数在3.57~5.30,炼油厂1的渣油加氢装置能效指数为5.30,高于同类装置,能耗低于中国石化同类装置。能效指数可有效反馈渣油加氢装置用能水平,研究结果可为渣油加氢装置开展节能降碳工作提供依据。

Abstract:

The energy consumption mechanism of residual oil hydrogenation unit is complex. Based on the energy consumption mechanism, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the energy efficiency of each energy consumption unit, and proposes a method for evaluating the energy efficiency of residual oil hydrogenation unit. By determining the energy efficiency evaluation indicators of each unit, the entropy weight method(EWM) is used to calculate the weight of each indicator, and by assigning scores to each indicator, the energy efficiency index of the residual oil hydrogenation unit is calculated. The results show that the energy efficiency index of similar units of SINOPEC is between 5.30 and 3.57. The energy efficiency index of residual oil hydrogenation unit of Refinery 1 is 5.30, which is higher than that of similar units of SINOPEC, and its energy consumption is lower than that of similar units of SINOPEC. The energy efficiency index can effectively feedback the energy consumption level of the residual oil hydrogenation unit. The research results can provide a basis for carrying out the energy saving and carbon reduction work in the residual oil hydrogenation unit.
