FCC装置再生器旋风分离器磨损跑剂分析

Analysis of the cyclone separator wear and catalyst loss in FCC unit regenerator

摘要:

旋风分离器是催化裂化(FCC)装置进行气固分离的设备。当旋风分离器发生磨损时,会直接影响其分离性能,导致跑剂故障的发生。以某石化公司1.0 Mt/a FCC装置再生器旋风分离器为考察对象,针对一个运行周期内旋风分离器跑剂故障,分析再生器旋风分离器磨损对装置跑剂量、旋风分离器压力降和催化剂颗粒物性的影响。研究发现:当旋风分离器发生磨损跑剂时,不仅分离效率和压力降会发生异常变化,而且逃逸的催化剂颗粒的粒度分布等物性参数也会发生变化,因此可以利用装置内和逃逸至装置外的催化剂颗粒的物性参数对旋风分离器跑剂故障进行诊断。建立了针对旋风分离器磨损跑剂的分析方法,可推广应用于FCC装置催化剂跑损故障的分析和诊断。

Abstract:

Cyclone separator is usually used for gas-solid separation in FCC unit. When the cyclone separator is worn, its separation efficiency will directly deteriorate, resulting in catalyst loss fault. Taking the cyclone separators in the regenerator of the 1.0 MM TPY FCC unit as the research object, the effect is analyzed that the wear of the cyclone separator to the catalyst loss amount, the pressure drop of the cyclone separator and the physical properties of catalyst particles in view of the catalyst loss fault of cyclone separator in an operation term. The results show that at that time, abnormal changes not only occur in the separation efficiency and pressure drop, but also in physical properties such as catalyst particle size distribution. Therefore, the physical properties of catalyst particles inside the unit and escaping from the unit can be used to diagnose the catalyst loss fault. A method for analyzing the wear and catalyst loss of cyclone separator is established, which can be applied to the analysis and diagnosis of catalyst loss fault in FCC unit.
