精馏塔重沸系统的工艺模拟与设计

摘要:

介绍了精馏塔重沸系统中不同重沸器及塔釜结构型式的特点,采用HYSYS和HTRI软件对不同再沸比的重沸体系进行了模拟计算和设计选型,分析比较了不同重沸系统的性能表现(热负荷、重沸器温度、换热面积等)。结果表明:以吸收稳定系统解吸塔为例,对于中等再沸比体系,塔釜设置开孔式静置隔板能显著改善重沸系统的分离性能,同时可以减小重沸器需要的换热面积;对于低再沸比体系,选用釜式重沸器和一次通过式重沸器较为合适;对于高再沸比体系,则优选塔釜无隔板或带恒压头隔板的热虹吸式重沸器。此外,通过对精馏塔底层塔盘液相短路的研究,发现短路比例对于一次通过式重沸系统和塔釜带静置隔板的热虹吸式重沸系统的影响较为显著。研究以再沸比为判断依据,为精馏塔重沸系统的选择和工业设计提供了一定的理论指导。

Abstract:

The characteristics of different types of reboilers and kettle structures inside the distillation tower are discussed. HYSYS and HTRI software are used to simulate and select reboiler systems with different reboil ratios. The performance of different reboiler systems(heat duty, reboiler temperature, heat exchange area, etc.) is analyzed and compared. The results show that for a medium reboil ratio system, such as the stripper in an absorption stabilization system, the installation of a perforated baffle in the tower kettle can significantly improve the separation performance of the reboiler system and reduce the required heat exchange area of the reboiler. For low reboil ratio systems, it is more suitable to choose a kettle type reboiler and once-through reboiler systems. For high reboil ratio systems, it is preferred to use thermosyphon reboiler system with no baffle or constant head baffle. In addition, in examining the liquid short-circuiting in the bottom tray of the distillation tower, it is found that its impact on once-through reboiler systems and thermosiphon reboiler system with a preferential baffle in the tower kettle is significant. This study provides theoretical guidance on the selections and industrial designs of reboiler system in distillation tower based on the reboil ratio.
