第二代炼化设备泄漏检测与修复技术总结

Summary of the second generation leak detection and repair technology in refining equipment

摘要:

针对炼化设备泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)存在的技术落后、平台及检测信息化不全面、管理与质控及审核缺失或不完善等问题,开发了第二代LDAR技术,创建了拍照数字化建档、信息化检测、线上闭环管理、多层级质控及内控审核等关键技术及新一代LDAR管理平台,实现LDAR全流程电子信息化。该技术已在4家中国石化直属炼化企业百余套炼化装置工业应用,其中3家炼化企业2022年设备平均泄漏率和年(累计)泄漏率分别为0.05%~0.16%和0.13%~0.35%,重液设备密封泄漏率平均不足气体/轻液设备密封泄漏率的15%,设备密封平均泄漏率从大到小排序为开口阀(或开口管线),泵,阀门,法兰,非法兰连接件,气体/轻液加工装置和罐区设备的泄漏率较高。

Abstract:

In order to settle the problems of backward technology, insufficient informatization in platform and detection, missing or incomplete management, quality control and auditing in leak detection and repair(LDAR), the second generation LDAR technology has been developed including key technologies such as picture digitization filing, informationized detection, online closed-loop management, multi-level quality control, internal control audit and a new generation of LDAR management platform to realize electronic informatization of the whole process of LDAR. The technology has been applied in more than 100 sets of refining and petrochemical facilities in 4 petroleum refining and petrochemical companies. The average leakage rate and annual cumulative leakage rate of equipment components are 0.05%~0.16% and 0.13%~0.35% for 3 petroleum refining and petrochemical companies in 2022. The leakage rate of heavy liquid equipment components is on average less than 15% of leakage rate of the gas/light liquid equipment components. The average leakage rate of equipment components is ranked as open valve(or open pipeline)>pump>valve>flange>non-flange connector. The leakage rate of gas/light liquid processing facilities and tank farm equipment is relatively high.
