煤制氢装置气化洗涤系统腐蚀与选材研究

Research on corrosion and material selection of gasification-scrubbing system of coal to hydrogen unit

摘要:

针对煤制氢装置气化洗涤系统酸性水腐蚀、CO2腐蚀、湿H2S腐蚀、氯离子腐蚀及不锈钢氯化物应力腐蚀开裂问题,开展了现场腐蚀监测,结果表明:15CrMo和14Cr1Mo属于尚耐腐蚀材料;06Cr13、S30403、S31603及S22053属于充分耐腐蚀材料。同时开展了实验室腐蚀评价,结果表明:15CrMo在低于200℃时属于尚耐腐蚀材料,在不低于200℃时属于不耐腐蚀材料;06Cr13在低于250℃时属于耐腐蚀材料,在不低于250℃时属于尚耐腐蚀材料;S30403、S31603、S22053属于充分耐腐蚀材料;氯离子对材料Q245R、15CrMo的腐蚀具有促进作用。基于上述研究,结合装置实际运行情况和工程实践经验,制定了设备及管道选材推荐方案,提出了腐蚀控制策略。

Abstract:

This paper focuses on the issues of sour water corrosion, CO2 corrosion, wet H2S corrosion, chloride ion corrosion, and stainless steel chloride stress corrosion cracking in gasification-scrubbing system of coal to hydrogen unit. The on-site corrosion monitoring results show that 15CrMo and 14Cr1Mo are belong to corrosion-resistant materials, while 06Cr13, S30403, S31603, and S22053 are fully corrosion-resistant materials. The laboratory corrosion evaluation results show that 15CrMo belongs to corrosion-resistant materials at less than 200 ℃ and non corrosion-resistant materials at not less than 200 ℃; 06Cr13 is a good corrosion-resistant material at less than 250 ℃, and a corrosion-resistant materials at not less than 250 ℃; S30403, S31603, and S22053 are fully corrosion-resistant materials; chloride ions have a promoting effect on the corrosion of Q245R and 15CrMo. Based on the above researches, combined with the actual operation of the unit and engineering experience, a recommended plan for equipment and pipeline material selection has been developed, and corrosion control strategies have been proposed.
