闭式热泵精馏降低低温甲醇洗热再生气系统能耗研究

摘要: 某石化工程公司低温甲醇洗工艺热再生气系统能耗过大,针对该问题进行了工艺改进。采用NRTL热力学模型,以年总费用和热力学效率为目标函数,提出了闭式热泵精馏模型。在不同压缩比的条件下,对其经济性和节能效果进行了分析。与常规精馏相比,采用闭式热泵精馏流程,在压缩比为1.8时,总能耗降低了62.71%;在投资回收期为5a时,年总费用降低了15.64%;在投资回收期为8a时,年总费用降低了32.79%;热力学效率从8.78%提高到20.96%,具有极佳的经济性和节能效果。该研究可为先进热泵精馏技术的开 发设计提供指导。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of excessive energy consumption in the thermal regeneration system of a rectisol process in a certain petrochemical engineering company, process improvement is carried out. A closed thermal pump distillation model was proposed using the NRTL thermodynamic model, with annual total cost and thermodynamic efficiency as the objective functions. The economic and energy-saving effects under different compression ratios were analyzed. Compared with conventional distillation, the total energy consumption was reduced by 62.71% when the compression ratio was 1.8; the annual total cost was reduced by 15.64% when the payback period was 5 years; the annual total cost was reduced by 32.79% when the payback period was 8 years; the thermodynamic efficiency was improved from the original 8.78% to 20.96%, which has excellent economic and energy-saving benefits, and the results of the study are expected to provide guidance for the development and design of advanced heat pump distillation technology.
