催化裂化装置开工不放火炬应用实践

摘要: 催化裂化装置提升管喷油阶段,反应与气压机的衔接至关重要,是保证反应压力控制和气压机入口不放火炬的关键。由于开工喷油过程干扰因素多,操作不稳定,导致需要多次气压机入口放火炬来控制反应压力,使大量富气组分被排到火炬系统燃烧。该装置通过开工实践探索,结合气压机的性能参数,进行了几种开工不防火炬方式对比,最终选择使用引干气+喷原料油这一耗时最短的方式进行装置开工,通过制定详细的开工方案和操作原则,并优化流程,在实际开工过程中有针对性地对开工充压干气、反应喷油量、气压机转速、气压机反飞动量等参数进行精准控制。做到了开工过程不放火炬,有效减少了环境污染,避免了开工过程中物料损失,实现了绿色环保开工。

Abstract: During the fuel injection stage of the FCC unit, the connection between the reaction and the compressor is very important, which is the key to ensure the control of reaction pressure and the operation of the compressor inlet without flaring. Due to many interference factors and unstable operation during the start-up fuel injection process, it is necessary to discharge flares at the compressor inlet several times to control the reaction pressure, resulting in a large amount of rich gas components being discharged to the flare system for combustion. Through practical exploration of the start-up process, combined with the performance parameters of the compressor, several start-up methods without flaring were compared, and the shortest way of using dry gas + injecting feedstock oil was finally chosen for the unit start-up. By formulating detailed start-up plans and operating principles, and optimizing processes, accurate control of start-up pressurized dry gas, reaction injection amount, compressor speed, compressor anti-surge amount and other parameters can be carried out in the actual start-up process. The goal of no flaring during the start-up process is achieved, effectively reducing environmental pollution, avoiding material loss during the start-up process, and realizing a green and environmentally friendly start-up.
