蜂窝陶瓷蓄热式空气预热器应用总结

摘要: 在大检修期间,某公司对沥青油加热炉烟气余热回收系统进行了改造,拆除了炉顶的热管空气预热器,在地面新增高温段空气预热器和低温段空气预热器。低温段采用蜂窝陶瓷蓄热式空气预热器,利用4组可调节八通换向阀(八通阀)实现高温烟气和低温空气的换热。分析了投用不同组数八通阀对沥青油加热炉排烟温度和热效率的影响,结果表明:投用4组八通阀时,加热炉排烟温度在50~55℃波动,此时排烟温度最低,加热炉热效率最高,为96.74%;分别投用4组、3组、2组八通阀时,加热炉排烟温度均低于80℃,均实现了火焰加热炉排烟温度低于90℃且换热元件无腐蚀的目标。

Abstract: During the overhaul, a company has reformed the waste heat recovery system from the flue gas of the deasphalted oil heating furnace, removing the heat pipe air preheater on the top of the furnace, and adding a high-temperature section air preheater and a low-temperature section air preheater on the ground. The low-temperature section uses a honeycomb ceramic regenerative air preheater, which utilizes four sets of adjustable eight-way valves to achieve heat exchange between high-temperature flue gas and low-temperature air. The influence of using different numbers of eight-way valves on the exhaust temperature and thermal efficiency of the deasphalted oil heating furnace is analyzed. The results show that when using four sets of eight-way valves, the exhaust temperature of the heating furnace fluctuates between 50 and 55°C, with the lowest exhaust temperature and the highest thermal efficiency of the heating furnace being 96.74%. Under the three working conditions, the exhaust temperature of the heating furnace is below 80°C, achieving the goal of the exhaust temperature of the flame heating furnace being below 90°C and the heat exchange elements not being corroded.
