摘要: 为应对市场产品结构调整和炼油厂转型升级发展的需求,在前期S-RHT固定床渣油加氢技术研发的基础上,采用新催化剂体系及工艺技术,开发了具有不同特点的固定床渣油加氢技术。采用浅度加氢催化剂、级配体系及其工艺技术,可以直接生产出硫质量分数小于0.5%且沉淀物满足要求的低硫船用燃料油;针对不同性质的渣油原料,形成了两种组合生产低硫石油焦的技术,可以分别生产出满足3B、2A标准要求的石油焦;采用固定床渣油深度加氢技术得到的加氢重油氢质量分数大于12.5%,是较为优质的催化裂解原料。

Abstract: To meet the needs of market product structure adjustment and the transformation and upgrading of refineries, based on the research and development of S-RHT fixed bed residue hydrotreating technology in the early stage, a new catalyst system and process technology have been adopted to develop fixed bed residue hydrotreating technologies with different characteristics. By using shallow hydrotreating catalysts, grading systems, and their process technologies, low sulfur marine fuel with sulfur mass content less than 0.5% and sediment that meets the requirements can be directly produced. According to the different properties and characteristics of residue feedstock, two types of combined technologies for producing low sulfur petroleum coke have been developed, which can produce petroleum coke meeting the standards of 3B and 2A, respectively. Hydrogenated heavy oil obtained by using the deep fixed bed residue hydrotreating technology has a hydrogen mass content greater than 12.5%, which is a high-quality feedstock for downstream catalytic cracking units.
