加热炉陶瓷蓄热式空气预热器首次工业应用总结

Summary of the first industrial application of ceramic regenerative air preheater in heating furnace

摘要:

介绍了中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司1号航煤加氢装置余热回收系统升级改造情况。改造方案:通过对加热炉热效率及热负荷进行重新核算,计划将原热管式空气预热器优化为新型陶瓷蓄热式空气预热器。具体改造内容:拆除设置在炉顶上的热管式空气预热器,在反应进料加热炉侧面地面新增4组陶瓷蓄热式空气预热器模块;原引风机作为冷烟气引风机利旧;新增一台鼓风机和烟风道。结果表明:装置实施改造后,加热炉排烟温度可降至70℃以下,加热炉热效率可提高至95%以上,排烟温度实现灵活调节,加热炉燃料气消耗量减少约10%。在装置长周期运行过程中,系统防腐性能良好,系统稳定可靠。

Abstract:

This article introduces the upgrading and renovation of the waste heat recovery system of the No.1 jet fuel hydrogenation unit of SINOPEC Hainan Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. The renovation plan is as follows: By recalculating the thermal efficiency and load of the heating furnace, the original heat pipe preheater is planned to be optimized into a new ceramic regenerative air preheater. The specific renovation content is as follows: Remove the heat pipe preheater originally installed on the top of the heating furnace, and add four sets of ceramic regenerative air preheater modules on the side ground of the reaction feed heating furnace; Reuse the original induced draft fan as a cold flue gas induced draft fan; Add a blower and smoke and air duct. The results show that after the implementation of the modification, the exhaust gas temperature of the heating furnace can be reduced to below 70 ℃, the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace can be increased to over 95%, the exhaust gas temperature can be flexibly adjusted, and the fuel gas consumption of the heating furnace can be reduced by about 10%. The system has good anti-corrosion performance and is stable and reliable during long-term operation of the unit.
