MTBE产品硫含量高原因分析及应对措施

摘要:

某公司甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)产品硫含量经常出现上涨超标情况。通过化验分析产品精制装置纤维膜垢样,对比分析MTBE与胺液硫的形态,最终确定主要原因是胺液污染碱液、胺液中的油相硫含量高。针对上述情况采取以下措施:将液化石油气脱硫塔由上界位控制改造为下界位控制,增加液化石油气静置空间;脱硫醇系统使用GL除臭精制剂代替磺化钛菁钴,强化脱硫醇效果;投用胺液减压蒸馏净化装置,将胺液中的油分离出来。通过以上措施,可使产品精制装置废碱液年产量由609.5 t降低至346.7 t,可降低危险废弃物处理费用57.8万元/a,胺液再生装置降低处理负荷后重沸器蒸汽用量降低1.5 t/h,可降低蒸汽消耗费用210.6万元/a。同时,可使MTBE产品硫质量分数由55μg/g降低至45μg/g,满足指标要求。

Abstract:

The sulfur content of MTBE products from a certain company often exceeds the standard. Through laboratory analysis of the fiber membrane fouling sample in the product refining unit, and a comparative analysis of the forms of MTBE and amine sulfur, it was ultimately determined that the main reason was amine contamination of the alkaline solution and high oil phase sulfur content in the amine solution. The following measures have been taken to address the above situation: the liquefied petroleum gas desulfurization tower has been transformed from upper limit control to lower limit control, increasing the static space for liquefied petroleum gas; In order to enhance the effect of mercaptan removal, GL deodorizing refining agent was used in the mercaptan removal system instead of sulfonated cobalt titanocyanine; The amine liquid regeneration is carried out using an amine liquid vacuum distillation purification unit, which can separate the oil from the amine liquid. By taking the above measures, the annual output of waste alkali in the product refining unit has decreased from 609.5 tons to 346.7 tons, and the annual cost of hazardous waste treatment has been reduced by 578 000 yuan; After reducing the treatment load of the amine regeneration unit, the steam consumption of the reboiler decreased by 1.5 t/h, and the annual steam consumption cost decreased by 2.106 million yuan; In addition, the sulfur mass fraction of MTBE products has been reduced from 55 μg/g to 45 μg/g, meeting the indicator requirements.
