硫酸烷基化装置聚结-吸附耦合脱酸技术应用总结

Summary of application of coalescence-adsorption coupling deacidification technology in sulfuric acid alkylation unit

摘要:

介绍了国内自主研发的聚结-吸附耦合干法脱酸技术在某石化硫酸烷基化装置中的工业应用情况。结果表明:聚结-吸附耦合干法脱酸技术代替碱洗、水洗系统后,烷基化油各项指标均符合要求,产品烷基化油中硫质量分数在8μg/g以下;与碱水洗工艺相比,采用聚结-吸附耦合干法脱酸工艺后,反应副产物被酸膜萃取和吸附脱除,分馏系统干式操作,避免了下游设备和管道的腐蚀;酸耗和能耗分别降低10%和8%,实现了节水及污水的零排放。在装置满负荷情况下,聚结-吸附耦合干法脱酸系统切出吸附罐后仍能保障产品合格。装置运行情况表明,聚结-吸附耦合干法脱酸技术中聚结起主要作用,吸附起保障作用。该技术不仅提高了装置本质安全性,而且降低了装置消耗量和废水排放量。

Abstract:

This article introduces the industrial application of domestically independently developed coalescence-adsorption coupling dry deacidification technology in a certain alkylation unit. The results show that after using the coalescence-adsorption coupling dry deacidification technology to replace the alkali washing and water washing systems, all indicators of the alkylated oil meet the requirements, and the sulfur mass fraction of the alkylated oil product is below 8 μg/g; compared with the alkaline water washing process, using the a coalescence-adsorption coupling dry deacidification process, the reaction by-products are extracted and adsorbed by the acid membrane, and the distillation system operates in a dry manner, avoiding corrosion of downstream equipment and pipelines; acid consumption and energy consumption are reduced by 10% and 8% respectively, achieving water conservation and zero discharge of sewage. At full load, the coalescence-adsorption coupling dry deacidification system can still ensure product qualification after cutting out the adsorption tank. The operation of the device indicates that coalescence in the coupling deacidification technology plays a major role, while adsorption plays a guarantee role. This technology not only improves the intrinsic safety of the unit, but also reduces unit consumption and wastewater discharge.
