安全环保型硫化剂FSA-55柴油加氢装置应用总结

中国石油乌鲁木齐石化分公司2 Mt/a柴油加氢装置首次使用安全环保型硫化剂FSA-55进行催化剂预硫化,硫化效果较好,有利于加氢装置绿色、安全、环保、低碳发展。硫化剂FSA-55分子量大、闪点高、气味小、分解温度低,无部分汽化现象,不会进入加氢尾气和火炬中,具有安全、环保等技术优势。其分解产生丁烷,有利于维持硫化过程循环氢纯度,且具有易于现场安全装卸操作、存储方便、罐存时无须水封等优点。2023年6月该柴油加氢装置采用FSA-55进行催化剂预硫化,硫化过程中床层温升小,实际总硫化时间为28 h,硫化剂用量34 t。与原硫化方案相比,可减少催化剂用量6.9 t,减少硫化时间6.0 h,降低燃料气消耗5.5 t,降低1.0 MPa蒸汽消耗75 t,节约氢气用量80 750 m3,具有较好的经济效益。装置投料后,各产品硫质量分数均小于1μg/g,产品质量均优于设计指标。

Abstract:

The 2 MM TPY diesel hydrogenation unit of PetroChina Urumqi Petrochemical Company used a safe and environmentally friendly sulfurizing agent FSA-55 for catalyst pre-vulcanization for the first time, and the sulfurization effect was good, which is conducive to the green, safe, environmentally friendly, and low-carbon development of the hydrogenation unit. The vulcanizing agent FSA-55 has a large molecular weight, high flash point, low odor, low decomposition temperature, no partial vaporization phenomenon, and will not enter the hydrogenation tail gas and torch. It has technical advantages such as safety and environmental protection. It can decompose to produce butane, which is beneficial for maintaining the cyclic hydrogen purity during the vulcanization process. It also has the advantages of easy on-site safe loading and unloading operation, convenient storage, and no need for water sealing during tank storage. In June 2023, the diesel hydrogenation unit used FSA-55 for catalyst pre vulcanization. During the vulcanization process, the bed temperature rise was small, and the actual total vulcanization time was 28 hours, the amount of vulcanizing agent used was 34 tons. Compared with the original vulcanization scheme, it could reduce the catalyst dosage by 6.9 tons, shorten the vulcanization time by 6.0 hours, reduce fuel gas consumption by 5.5 tons, and reduce steam consumption by 75 tons at 1.0 MPa, and save hydrogen consumption by 80,750 m3, which had good economic benefits. After the device was fed, the sulfur mass fraction of each product was less than 1 μg/g, and the product quality was better than the design indicators.
