大型硫回收装置多功能CO变换加氢催化剂应用总结

Summary of application of multi functional CO shift hydrogenation catalysts in large scale sulfur recovery unit

摘要:

普光气田是国内成功开发的首个高含硫气田,原料气(天然气)碳硫比高,再生酸性气CO2含量高,会反应生成CO继而生成COS、CS2等有机物,成为影响装置达标排放的关键因素之一。研究开发了具有CO变换功能的克劳斯尾气加氢催化剂,并成功应用于中国石化中原油田普光气田天然气净化厂200 kt/a硫回收装置。工业应用结果表明:加氢反应器过程气CO变换率超过90%,在线炉制氢天然气消耗量减少279 m3/h,催化剂加氢转化率、有机硫水解率均超过99%,烟气SO2排放浓度降至200 mg/m3以下,CO排放浓度降低了90%,效益显著。

Abstract:

Puguang gas field is the first high sulfur gas field successfully developed in China. The natural gas has a high carbon sulfur ratio in the feed gas, and the regenerated acidic gas has a high CO2 content. It will react to generate CO, which in turn generates organic compounds such as COS and CS2, becoming one of the key factors affecting the emission standards of the equipment. Claus tail gas hydrogenation catalyst with CO changing function was developed and successfully applied to the 200,000 TPY sulfur recovery unit of the natural gas purification plant in Puguang Branch Company, SINOPEC Zhongyuan Oilfield. According to industrial application data, the CO conversion rate of the hydrogenation reactor process gas is more than 90%, the consumption of natural gas for hydrogen production in the on-line furnace is reduced by about 279 m3/h. The hydrogenation activity and organic sulfur hydrolysis activity both reach over 99%. The SO2 emission concentration in the flue gas is reduced to less than 200 mg/m3, and the CO emission concentration is reduced by 90%, which has good economic and environmental benefits.
