加氢裂化装置原料轻质化对反应过程影响研究

Research on the influence of feedstock lightening in hydrocracking unit on the reaction process

摘要:

在加氢裂化装置原料轻质化的背景下,考察了蜡油中掺炼不同比例直馏柴油对加氢裂化产品分布及产品性质的影响。当直馏柴油掺炼比例为45%(质量分数,下同)时,喷气燃料收率最高,达到26%。随着直馏柴油掺炼比例的增加,重石脑油的环烷烃、芳烃含量降低;喷气燃料烟点呈逐渐升高的趋势;尾油(大于260℃)的链烷烃含量呈逐渐升高的趋势,环烷烃、芳烃含量呈逐渐降低的趋势,BMCI值(芳烃指数)呈先升高后降低的趋势。当直馏柴油掺炼比例为75%时,喷气燃料烟点最高,为28.8 mm。以掺炼15%直馏柴油的蜡油为原料时,随着转化率的升高,尾油的BMCI值逐渐降低;当尾油收率为20%时,尾油的BMCI值低至7.2,链烷烃质量分数升至62.0%,环烷烃质量分数降至35.2%,芳烃质量分数仅为2.6%。

Abstract:

In the context of feedstock lightening in hydrocracking units, the influence of blending different proportions of straight run diesel in VGO on the distribution and properties of hydrocracking reaction products was investigated. When the blending ratio of straight run diesel is 45%, the yield of jet fuel is the highest, reaching 26%. With the increase of direct diesel blending proportions, the cyclic hydrocarbon content and the aromatic hydrocarbon content of heavy naphtha produced by hydrocracking decrease. The smoke point of jet fuel shows a gradually increasing trend. The content of alkanes in the tail oil(above 260 ℃) shows a gradually increasing trend, while the content of cycloalkanes and aromatics shows a gradually decreasing trend and the BMCI value shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. When the blending proportions of straight run diesel is 75%, the smoke point of jet fuel is the highest, at 28.8 mm. When using wax oil mixed with 15% straight run diesel as feedstock, the BMCI value of the tail oil gradually decreases with the increase of conversion rate. When the yield of the tail oil is 20%, the BMCI value of the tail oil is as low as 7.2, the mass fraction of alkanes increases to 62.0%, the mass fraction of cycloalkanes decreases to 35.2%, and the mass fraction of aromatic is only 2.6%.
