某项目空冷器管架预制混凝土方案工程造价分析

Value analysis of precast concrete pipe rack in petrochemical enterprises

摘要:

管架是石化装置中常见的结构单元,目前多采用钢结构的设计方案。由于造价高、易锈蚀、需要涂刷防火材料,管架结构设计仍有优化空间。对钢结构管架、现浇混凝土管架和预制混凝土管架3种结构形式的造价、工期和总体优缺点进行分析可知,预制混凝土管架的费用是钢结构的79%,且施工工期与钢结构基本相当。预制混凝土管架既克服了钢结构造价高的缺点,又解决了现浇混凝土施工周期长的问题,同时具有高强度、耐久性、安全环保、经济美观等多方面的优点,在石化企业管架和管廊中可推广使用。

Abstract:

Pipe rack is a common structural unit in petrochemical unit, and the steel structure design scheme is mostly used at present. Due to its high cost, the need to paint fireproof materials, and susceptibility to tarnishing, the design of the pipe rack structure still has room for optimization. The article focuses on analyzing the cost, construction period and overall advantages and disadvantages of the three structural forms of steel structure pipe rack, cast-in-place concrete pipe rack and precast concrete pipe rack. It can be seen that the cost of prefabricated concrete pipe rack is 79% of that of steel structure, and the construction period is basically equivalent to that of steel structure; it not only overcomes the disadvantages of high cost of steel structure, but also solves the problem of long construction period of cast-in-place concrete; at the same time, it has many advantages such as high strength, durability, environmental protection, economy and aesthetics. It can be widely used in pipe racks and pipe corridors of petrochemical enterprises.
