石化污水处理场有机废气分类治理技术应用

Application of Organic Waste Gas Classification Treatment Technology in Petrochemical Wastewater Treatment Plant

摘要: 根据不同废气源排放的废气流量与浓度的差异,将污水处理场有机废气分为5类,并采用低温柴油吸收-碱液吸收脱硫 →脱硫及总烃浓度均化-催化氧化 →洗涤-吸附 →再生气催化氧化技术进行废气治理。废气1为中浓度VOCs(挥发性有机物)废气,密闭收集后输送至脱硫及总烃浓度均化-催化氧化段处理;废气2和废气3为高浓度VOCs废气,需经过柴油吸收-碱液吸收脱硫预处理后再与废气1一同输送至催化氧化段处理;废气4和废气5为低浓度VOCs废气,送入洗涤-吸附处理,吸附尾气达标后排放,吸附剂饱和后使用催化氧化的高温净化气进行热再生,再生产生的高浓度尾气进入脱硫及总烃浓度均化-催化氧化单元进行处理。治理后净化气中非甲烷总烃质量浓度小于15mg/m³,苯、甲苯与二甲苯浓度均满足排放限值要求,H₂S质量浓度低于10mg/m³,净化气污染物排放浓度满足环保排放标准要求。

Abstract: According to the differences in the flow rate and concentration of waste gas emitted by different waste gas sources, the organic waste gas from the wastewater treatment plant is divided into five categories. The technologies of low-temperature diesel absorption-desulfurization alkali liquid absorption → desulfurization and total hydrocarbon concentration homogenization-catalytic oxidation → washing-adsorption → regenerated gas catalytic oxidation are used for waste gas treatment. Exhaust gas 1 is medium concentration VOCs waste gas, which is collected in a closed manner and transported to the desulfurization and total hydrocarbon concentration homogenization-catalytic oxidation section for treatment; exhaust gases 2 and 3 are high concentration VOCs waste gases, which need to be pretreated by diesel absorption-alkaline liquid absorption desulfurization before being transported together with exhaust gas 1 to the catalytic oxidation section for treatment; exhaust gases 4 and 5 are low concentration VOCs waste gases, which are sent to the washing-adsorption treatment, and the adsorbed tail gas is discharged after reaching the standard, and the adsorbent is regenerated using the high-temperature purified gas from catalytic oxidation after saturation. The high concentration tail gas produced by regeneration is processed in the desulfurization and total hydrocarbon concentration homogenization-catalytic oxidation unit. After treatment, the total hydrocarbon concentration of non-methane in the purified gas is less than 15mg/m³, and the concentrations of benzene, toluene, and xylene all meet the emission limit requirements. The concentration of H₂S is less than 10mg/m³, and the pollutant emission concentration of the purified gas meets the environmental protection emission standard requirements.
