大规模氢气罐区安全泄放量计算方法研究

摘要:

随着国内氢能产业的发展,氢气储运规模扩大,按照常规方法计算得到的氢气罐区安全泄放量较大,导致安全泄放系统设备尺寸过大。对多种安全泄放量计算方法进行了分析。在“CGA体系(美国压缩气体协会标准)”储罐安全泄放量计算式的基础上,推导得到了氢气储罐安全泄放量计算式,统一了其与“容规体系(GB 150.1—2011《压力容器 第1部分:通用要求》附录B.7.2条、JB 4732—1995《钢制压力容器 —— 分析设计标准》附录E5.1条)”“API体系(美国石油学会标准,包括API 520、API 521、API 526等)”的计算指标。基于邻罐喷射火灾工况等压膨胀过程,推导得到了大型氢气储罐安全泄放量的计算式,对比发现该计算式的结 果与“CGA体系”的计算结果相近、趋势一致,适用于计算大型氢气储罐安全泄放量。

Abstract:

With the development of China's hydrogen energy industry, the scale of hydrogen storage and transportation continues to expand. The safety relief capacity of hydrogen tank areas calculated by conventional methods is relatively large, which will lead to an excessive size of safety relief system equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze various calculation methods for safety relief capacity. Based on the calculation formula of the safety relief capacity of storage tanks in the CGA (Compressed Gas Association), the calculation formula of the safety relief capacity of hydrogen storage tanks is derived, unifying the calculation indicators with the pressure vessel regulation (GB 150.1—2011 Appendix B.7.2 and JB 4732—1995 Appendix E5.1) and API (American Petroleum Institute standards). At the same time, based on the isobaric expansion process in the jet fire condition of adjacent tanks, the calculation formula for the safety relief capacity of large hydrogen storage tanks is derived. Through comparison, it is found that the calculation results of the new formula are similar and have the same trend as those of the CGA, and have good applicability to large hydrogen storage tanks.
