摘要:

对锂离子电池负极专用焦进行了电化学性能评价实验,考察了粒径、石墨化温度、浆料固含量、极片压实密度和电池封口压力等参数对其首次可逆比容量的影响。结果表明:对于同一种负极专用焦,粒径越大,比容量越小;石墨化温度升高,锂离子电池的比容量增大;浆料固含量和极片压实密度需适中选取;电池封口压力的选取原则是在确保密封性的同时,规避电池壳体变形造成的短路风险。文中详细分析了上述参数对负极专用焦电化学性能的影响,并归纳了上述参数适用于负极专用焦电化学性能测试的数据区间。

Abstract:

The electrochemical performance evaluation experiments were carried out on the lithium-ion battery anode coke, and the effects of particle size, graphitization temperature, slurry solid content, compacted density of pole piece, and battery sealing pressure on the first reversible specific capacity were investigated. The results show that for the same type of anode coke, the larger the particle size, the smaller the specific capacity; the increase in graphitization temperature leads to an increase in the specific capacity of lithium-ion batteries; the slurry solid content and compacted density should be selected moderately; the selection principle of battery sealing pressure is to minimize the risk of short-circuit caused by the deformation of the battery shell under the precondition of ensuring the sealing. This article investigates how these operating parameters affect the electrochemical performance of anode coke in detail, and summarizes the data intervals of the above parameters applicable to the testing of the electrochemical properties of anode coke.
