某炼化一体化企业异戊烷脱氢与异戊烯醚化组合工艺研究

Research on the combined process of isopentane dehydrogenation and isopentene etherification in an integrated refining-petrochemical enterprise

摘要:

研究了炼油厂轻石脑油分馏出异戊烷后,通过脱氢和醚化工艺生产甲基叔戊基醚的组合工艺。在以生产对二甲苯(PX)为目标的炼化一体化企业中引入该组合工艺,可有效解决轻石脑油产量过剩问题,同时可为PX生产释放出更多的芳烃原料。利用PIMS软件模拟全厂总工艺流程,结果表明:该组合工艺能够减少汽油产量744 kt/a,同时间接增加芳烃产量216 kt/a。通过经济测算,当将差额汽油降价销售且幅度大于422元/t时,异戊烷脱氢与异戊烯醚化联合装置的内部收益率将高于10%。该工艺技术成熟且风险较低,为炼化一体化企业优化生产流程提供了新的思路。

Abstract:

This paper investigates a combined process of dehydrogenation and etherification to produce tertiary amyl methyl ether (TAME) from light naphtha fractionated to extract isopentane. It proposes that by integrating this combined process into an integrated refining-petrochemical enterprise aimed at para-xylene (PX) production, the oversupply of light naphtha can be mitigated, while freeing up more aromatic feedstocks for PX production. Using PIMS software to simulate the overall process flow of the whole plant, the results indicate that the combined process can reduce gasoline output by 744,000 TPY while indirectly increasing aromatic production by 216,000 TPY. Economic calculations show that if the surplus gasoline is sold at a discount exceeding 422 yuan per ton, the internal rate of return (IRR) of the combined units of isopentane dehydrogenation and isopentene etherification will exceed 10%. This process technology is mature and low-risk, offering a new idea for optimizing refinery production processes.
