E138烟气轮机国产化与技术提升

摘要:

对原进口E138烟气轮机的改造方案进行技术经济分析,确定了国产化替代方案。通过对原进口三机组建模重构、转子动力学分析、气动还原等工作,取得一系列技术参数,在此基础上对原机组的设计进行了验证,结果与原机组的设计指标基本一致,证明模型重建及复核工作的技术正确,为后续改造和优化设计奠定了基础。采用高效叶型设计、气动计算、转子动力学分析及润滑油系统改造等新方法,确保国产烟气轮机具有低投资、高可靠性的特点。改造后的烟气轮机振动值为18~30 μm,轴承温度、润滑油耗量等运行参数优良,标定输出功率达11000 kW以上,效率达82.1%。连续运行一年多的数据表明,国产烟气轮机的关键指标和运行性能均优于原E138烟气轮机,国产化效果显著。项目实际投资较预算大幅下降,改造经费节省1157万元,目前已收回全部投资。

Abstract:

This paper presents the localization and technical improvement of the E138 flue gas expander. Through technical-economic analysis of the retrofit scheme for the originally imported E138 unit, a domestic replacement plan was determined. Key technical steps included the reconstruction of the original imported three-unit system model, rotor dynamics analysis, aerodynamic simulation, and validation of the original unit design. The results demonstrated consistency with the original design specifications, proving the technical correctness of the model reconstruction and verification, which laid a foundation for subsequent retrofits and optimization. Advanced methodologies such as efficient blade profile design, aerodynamic calculation, rotor dynamics analysis, and optimization of the lubrication system were adopted to ensure low investment costs and high reliability. Post-retrofit operational data indicated that the domestic unit achieved a vibration amplitude of 18–30 μm, excellent bearing temperatures and lubricant consumption, a rated output power exceeding 11,000 kW, and an efficiency of 82.1%. Over one year of continuous operation demonstrated that the key performance indicators of the domestic unit surpassed those of the original E138 expander, confirming the effectiveness of the localization effort. The actual project investment was significantly lower than the budget, saving 11.57 million yuan in retrofit costs. All investments have been recovered as of now.
