摘要:

压力控制是成品油长输管道设计的关键点,直接关系到管道的本质安全。压力控制方案的确定应根据管道工艺特点及沿线高程情况,按全线一个完整、封闭的水力系统进行稳态及瞬态分析确定。文中结合成品油长输管道工程的特点,按首站、中间泵站、末站及各站间压力进行综合分析,同时考虑沿线各站机泵启停、站场阀门、站间线路切断阀关闭等工况下的瞬态压力变化,对全线各站进行可靠的等级选取、压力调节和控制、超压保护、全线水击保护设计等进行了系统总结,可为成品油管道的工艺设计、运行管理提供指导。

Abstract:

Pressure control is a crucial aspect in the design of long-distance refined oil pipelines, directly related to the intrinsic safety of the pipelines. The pressure control scheme should be determined through steady-state and transient analysis based on the pipeline process characteristics and the elevation conditions along the pipeline, as a complete and closed hydraulic system along the entire line. Based on the characteristics of the long-distance refined oil pipeline project, a comprehensive analysis of the pressure between each station is conducted according to the initial station, intermediate pumping stations, and terminal station. Considering the transient pressure variations under various operating conditions such as the start and stop of pumps at each station, the opening and closing of station valves, and the closure of inter-station line isolation valves, a more systematic summary is presented on the reliable selection of pressure grades, pressure regulation and control, overpressure protection design, and water hammer protection design for all stations along the pipelines. It can provide guidance for the process design and operation management of refined oil pipelines.
