摘要:

以炼化企业加工劣质原油所带来的腐蚀问题为切入点,系统梳理炼化设备典型腐蚀机理、损伤形态、影响因素和控制措施,多维度分析了当前劣质原油加工设备腐蚀防控所面临的挑战,并提出了涵盖工程设计理念优化、原料质量管理创新、设备选材优化、腐蚀监测与检测手段升级和腐蚀管理体系完善等内容的应对策略,旨在为炼油厂提供全面且有效的腐蚀防控思路,供其在构建高效劣质原油加工设备全流程腐蚀防控体系时借鉴。

Abstract:

Taking the corrosion problems caused by processing low-quality crude oil in refining and chemical enterprises as the breakthrough point, the typical corrosion mechanism, damage forms, influencing factors and control measures of refining and chemical equipment were systematically combed. The key challenges faced by the current corrosion prevention and control of low-quality crude oil processing equipment were analyzed from multiple dimensions, and the coping strategies covering optimization of engineering design concept, innovation of raw material quality management, optimization of equipment material selection, upgrading of corrosion monitoring and detection methods, and improvement of corrosion management system were put forward, aiming to provide comprehensive and effective corrosion prevention and control ideas for refineries, and provide reference for the construction of high-efficiency corrosion prevention and control system for the whole process of low-quality crude oil processing equipment.
