燃煤锅炉钠碱法烟气脱硫废水中氨氮控制措施

Control measures of ammonia nitrogen in flue gas desulfurization wastewater of coal-fired boiler by sodium alkali method

摘要: 某公司燃煤锅炉采用钠碱法脱硫工艺,采用SNCR(选择性非催化还原技术)+SCR(选择性催化还原技术)脱硝技术,脱硝系统氨逃逸值偏高,逃逸的氨经脱硫塔水洗脱除,导致脱硫废水中氨氮值高且波动大,影响后续装置经济稳定运行。对煤粉炉实施低氮燃烧改造,稳定锅炉运行参数,优化锅炉运行方式,从源头降低NOx生成量,控制炉膛出口NOx质量浓度不高于500 mg/m3;SCR脱硝实施精准喷氨改造,脱硝系统自控优化调试,实现SNCR+SCR脱硝高效运行,喷氨量降低25%,氨逃逸降至3.47 mg/m3(质量浓度);对脱硫外排水泵改型升级,增设旁路管线,加大脱硫液置换量到设计值37.5 t/h,降低外排废水氨氮浓度。通过以上控制措施,钠碱法脱硫废水中氨氮的质量浓度平均在200 mg/L,稳定控制在300 mg/L之内,满足后续处理装置运行要求。

Abstract: The coal-fired boiler of a company adopts sodium alkali desulfurization process and SNCR+SCR denitration technology. The ammonia escape value of denitration system is high, and the escaped ammonia is removed by water washing of desulfurization tower, which leads to high and fluctuating ammonia nitrogen value of desulfurization wastewater, and affects the economic and stable operation of subsequent units. The low-NOx combustion transformation is carried out for pulverized coal boiler to stabilize the boiler operation parameters, optimize the boiler operation mode, reduce the NOx production from the source, and control the NOx mass concentration at the furnace outlet not higher than 500 mg/m3. The SCR denitration system is reformed by precise ammonia injection, and the automatic control and optimization debugging of denitration system are carried out to realize efficient operation of SNCR+SCR. The ammonia injection amount is reduced by 25%, and the ammonia escape value is reduced to 3.47 mg/m3. The desulfurization external drainage pump is upgraded by adding bypass pipeline and increasing the desulfurization liquid displacement amount to the design value of 37.5 t/h to reduce the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the wastewater. Through the above control measures, the average mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen in sodium alkali desulfurization wastewater is 200 mg/L, which is stable within 300 mg/L, meeting the operation requirements of subsequent treatment unit.
