摘要: 工厂设施的合理布局以及与危险源之间充足的防护距离,对石化工厂事故灾害的预防和控制具有重要作用。研究发现:工厂设施布局应按照不同的功能分区来组织厂区内部格局,人员集中场所应远离危险源;各功能分区之间用通道分隔,并按照标准规范要求合理设置消防道路;防火距离依据GB 50016 《建筑设计防火规范》和GB 50160 《石油化工企业设计防火标准》而定;防爆距离根据安全定量风险评估确定,将风险控制在可接受的范围之内,从根本上降低重大事故灾害发生的概率并减少次生灾害。

Abstract: Reasonable petrochemical plant layout and adequate protection distances play an important role in the prevention accidents. The results show that the petrochemical plant layout should be organized according to different functional zones and occupied buildings should be away from the source of danger. Functional zones are divided by inter-block corridor, and fire-fighting roads are reasonably set by the standards. The fire separation distance should meet the requirements of GB 50160 “Standard for fire prevention design of petrochemical enterprises” and GB 50016 “Code for fire protection design of buildings”. Anti-explosion space is determined according to the safety quantitative risk assessment, and the risk is controlled so as to reduce the probability of major accident disasters and secondary disasters.
