适应原油劣质化的催化裂化运行分析

摘要: 针对中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司重油精制能力比不足,导致催化裂化装置热平衡所需的掺炼渣油依赖低硫原油加工的状况,采用以沸腾床渣油加氢的劣质未转化油为主要原料进行深度拔出的脱沥青油大幅替代低硫掺渣的重油侧加工流程优化方案,使催化裂化掺炼渣油所需的低硫原油量显著下降,从而实现原油劣质化程度的进一步提高。催化裂化装置原料在满足热平衡需求的基础上,通过进一步提升反应苛刻度,掺炼渣油的占比从24.34%降至6.94%,汽油+液化石油气收率从60.04%增加至63.47%。实现了催化裂化与原油劣质化的适应性匹配,同时验证沸腾床渣油加氢与溶剂脱沥青和催化裂化组合的重油加工方案的工业可行性。

Abstract: Based on SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company's relatively insufficient hydro treating capacity of heavy oil, FCC is more dependent on processing of low sulfur residue of crude oil to satisfy thermal balance. The heave oil side processing process optimization scheme, which uses deasphalting oil extracted from inferior unconverted oil hydrogenated by ebullated bed residue to replace low sulfur residue, resulting in a significantly reduced in the amount of low sulfur crude oil, and the crude oil quality is further improved. On the basis of meeting the demand of heat balance, by further enhancing the reaction severity of reaction, the proportion of residue feed in mixed oil decreased from 24.34% to 6.94%, the yield of LPG and gasoline increased from 60.04% to 63.47%. The adaptive matching of FCC and deterioration of crude oil is realized, and the industrial feasibility of the heavy oil processing scheme of fluidized bed residue hydrogenation combined with solvent deasphalting and catalytic cracking is verified.
