DCC油浆调合低硫船用燃料油的试验研究

摘要: 介绍了DCC(催化裂解)油浆脱灰和脱灰后油浆调合低硫船用燃料油的试验情况。油浆脱灰采用错流过滤技术,以滤后油浆为主,调合后的低硫船用燃料油性能指标可满足国标要求。结果表明:错流过滤技术可以将DCC油浆灰分降至0.004%,运动黏度降至105.72 mm2/s,铝+硅的质量分数降至23.1 μg/g,滤后油浆回收率达到85%以上。采用DCC滤后油浆、常压渣油、常一线三者调合比例为48%∶32%∶20%的方案生产船用燃料油RMG180,调合油的运动黏度为98.326 mm2/s,铝+硅的质量分数低至35.3 μg/g,20 ℃时的密度为963.7 kg/m3,灰分为 0.006%,酸值为0.01 mgKOH/g,碳芳香度指数为838.42,在滤后油浆掺炼比最大的前提下,油品性质达到低硫船用燃料油的最佳技术要求。

Abstract: This paper introduces the deashing of DCC slurry and the test of blending low sulfur marine fuel oil with deashing slurry. Cross flow filtration technology is adopted for DCC slurry deashing. With the filtered DCC slurry as the main feedstock, the index performance of the blended low sulfur marine fuel oil can meet the requirements of the national standard. The test results show that the cross flow filtration technology can reduce the ash of DCC slurry to 0.004%, the kinematic viscosity to 105.72 mm2/s and the mass fraction of aluminum and silicon to 23.1 μg/g, the recovery rate of filtered slurry is more than 85%. Marine fuel oil RMG 180 is produced by adopting the scheme that the blending ratio of DCC filtered slurry and atmospheric residue and the first side line of atmospheric tower is 48%∶32%∶20%. The kinematic viscosity of the blended oil is 98.326 mm2/s, and the mass fraction of aluminum and silicon is as low as 35.3 μg/g, the density at 20 ℃ is 963.7 kg/m3, the ash is 0.006%, the acid value is 0.01 mgKOH/g, and the carbon aromaticity index is 838.42. On the premise of the maximum mixing ratio of filtered slurry, the oil properties meet the best technical requirements of low sulfur marine fuel oil.
