丙烯腈分析化验实验室的本质安全设计

摘要: 针对丙烯腈装置原料、中控产品以及成品的质检分析特点,研究分析化验实验室内质检分析存在的危险因素。借鉴石油化工项目重大危险源辨识的程序进行丙烯腈分析化验实验室风险源辨识,首先辨识丙烯腈的危险特性,再对分析化验操作过程中可能产生的危险进行辨识。对实验室的设计从平面布置、实验室家具、暖通通风、智能调节控制、给排水及消防、报警系统、电气系统、试剂和样品的储存、尾气处理等方面进行本质安全的设计,降低实验室工作人员的职业健康风险。

Abstract: According to the quality inspection and analysis characteristics of raw materials, central control products and finished products of acrylonitrile unit, the risk factors of quality inspection and analysis in the laboratory are studied. Refer to the procedure of major hazard identification of petrochemical projects to identify the risk sources of acrylonitrile analysis laboratory. Firstly, identify the hazard characteristics of acrylonitrile, and then identify the possible hazards in the process of analysis and laboratory operation. The design of the laboratory is intrinsically safe from the aspects of plane layout, laboratory furniture, HVAC, intelligent regulation and control, fire fighting, alarm system, electric system, storage of reagents and samples, tail gas treatment, etc. Reduce the occupational health risk of laboratory staff.
