俄油型原料固定床渣油加氢工艺技术分析

Technical analysis of fixed bed residue hydrogenation unit of Russian oil type feed

摘要:

针对固定床渣油加氢装置俄油型原料中金属含量低、杂质脱除难度大的特点,同时兼顾前部反应器低压力降和整体催化剂体系较高的加氢活性,提出保证具有大分子转化能力的脱金属剂占比,适当提高脱硫和脱氮/残炭剂比例的级配方案,并在FZC渣油加氢系列催化剂的典型工业装置上进行了工业应用。结果表明:催化剂床层体积加权平均温度为381.5℃,第一反应器和第二反应器压力降分别为0.12,0.30 MPa,加氢常压渣油产品中杂质硫、氮、金属(镍+钒)和残炭脱除率分别为91%,49%,77%,51%,满足产品指标要求,工业应用效果较好。

Abstract:

Aiming at the characteristics of low metal content and difficult impurity removal in Russian oil type feedstock of fixed bed residue hydrogenation unit, and based on the pressure drop of balance unit and hydrogenation activity of overall catalyst system, a grading scheme is proposed to ensure the proportion of demetallizer with macromolecular conversion capacity, appropriately increase the proportion of desulfurization and denitrification/carbon residue, and has been applied in typical industrial units of FZC residue hydrogenation series catalysts. The catalyst average temperature is 381.5 ℃, and the pressure drop of the first reactor and the second reactor are 0.12 MPa and 0.30 MPa respectively. The removal rates of sulfur, nitrogen, metal(Ni+V) and carbon residue in the hydrotreated atmospheric residue products are 91%, 49%, 77% and 51% respectively, which meet the product index requirements and have good industrial application effect.
