直馏柴油加氢裂化装置生产运行和工艺优化

Production operation and process optimization of straight-run diesel hydrocracking unit

摘要:

中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司1.2 Mt/a直馏柴油裂化装置设计喷气燃料收率50%以上。因整体产品结构调整和氢气不足等原因该装置长期处于缓和加氢裂化模式运行。该装置可以根据喷气燃料需求量灵活调整反应深度。在催化剂体系不变的情况下,可掺炼30%以上的催化裂化柴油改为加氢改质方案运行,大幅度消化催化裂化柴油得到汽油组分。根据运行加氢裂化、缓和加氢裂化和加氢改质3种工况的数据,对催化剂的使用性能、工艺条件、物料平衡、综合能耗、产品分布和产品质量等进行了分析和对比。可以为同类装置的生产运行和工艺优化提供理论和实践依据,助力炼油企业降低柴汽比和化工转型的产品结构调整。

Abstract:

The 1.2 MM TPY straight-run diesel hydrocracking of SINIOPEC Beijing Yanshan Company has a designed jet fuel yield of more than 50%. This units has been operating in a detente hydrocracking mode for a long time, because of the overall product structure adjustment and insufficient hydrogen. The device can flexibly adjust the reaction depth according to the jet fuel demand. Retain the same catalyst system, more than 30% of the LCO can be blended into the mixed feedstock oil, and the LCO can be digested to produce gasoline according to the hydrogen balance. Based on the calibration data, the normal operation data and the hydroupgrading data, the performance of the catalyst, process conditions, material balance, comprehensive energy consumption, product distribution and product quality are analyzed and compared. It can provide theoretical and practical basis for production operation and process optimization of similar units, and help other refining enterprises to reduce the ratio of diesel to gasoline and adjust the product structure of chemical transformation.
