摘要:

介绍了某炼化企业两台310 t/h CFB(循环流化床)锅炉改烧天然气项目情况。改造内容:根据原CFB锅炉的设计状况,结合天然气的燃烧特性,重新核算和布置各受热面,调整换热面积和比例。结果表明:与2018年同期相比,2021年燃料消耗减少燃用煤和焦共32.9万t,增燃天然气17.0万t,综合厂用电量降低0.6亿kW·h,折合年减排二氧化碳共计约48万t;年减少辅料用量12.7万t,间接减排二氧化碳约5.5万t,合计减排约53.5万t二氧化碳。CFB锅炉改烧天然气项目的按期完成,实现了企业减煤降碳和清洁绿色生产的预期目标。改造后,锅炉仍存在炉膛振动幅值突增、炉膛负压波动偏高等问题,需进一步通过技术攻关解决。

Abstract:

It introduces the situation of two 310 t/h CFB natural gas retrofit project in a refining and chemical enterprise. Transformation content: Based on the design status of the original CFB boiler and the combustion characteristics of natural gas, recalculate and arrange each heating surface, adjust the heat exchange area and proportion. The results show that compared to the same period in 2018, in 2021, fuel consumption of coal and coke decreased by 329 kt, natural gas consumption increased by 170 kt, and comprehensive plant electricity consumption decreased by 60 GW·h, equivalent to an annual emission reduction of approximately 480 kt of carbon dioxide. The annual reduction of auxiliary material consumption was 127 kt, with an indirect reduction of approximately 55 kt of carbon dioxide, and a total reduction of approximately 530 kt of carbon dioxide. The CFB boiler natural gas retrofit project was completed on schedule, achieving the expected goals of coal reduction, carbon reduction, and clean green production for the enterprise. After the revamping, the boiler still faces problems such as sudden increase in furnace vibration amplitude and high fluctuation of furnace negative pressure, which restrict the boiler's load-bearing capacity and require relevant technical research to solve.
