我国新污染物环境管理与治理现状分析与探讨

摘要:

化学品的生产、运输、使用等过程会导致新污染物在环境中的暴露,新污染物会给生态环境和人体健康带来极大风险。文章简述了新污染物的含义、分类及危害,分析了我国新污染物的分布特征和污染现状,总结了我国新污染物的环境管理政策发展和监测治理技术现状。针对存在的问题,从新污染物的环境管理、监测分析技术和处理技术等方面提出了建议,为实现新污染物的风险管控提供参考。

Abstract:

The production, transportation and use of chemicals can lead to the exposure of emerging contaminants to the environment. Emerging contaminants bring great risks to ecological environment and human health. The meaning, classification and hazard of emerging contaminants are briefly introduced. The distribution characteristics and pollution status of emerging contaminants in domestic are analyzed. And the environmental management policy development and monitoring treatment technique status quo of emerging contaminants are summarized. In view of the existing problems, suggestions are put forward from environmental management, monitoring and analysis technique, and treatment technique of emerging contaminants to provide reference for the realization of risk control of emerging contaminants.
