重整油中有机氯化物的吸附脱除研究进展

Research progress on adsorption removal of organochlorides from reforming oil

摘要:

油品开采过程中含氯采油助剂的加入导致石油产品中氯化物含量严重超标,进而导致大量有机氯化物进入重整原料油中,加剧设备和管线的腐蚀,引起催化剂中毒,造成管道堵塞,危害重整设备的正常运行。当前重整油脱氯技术主要有催化加氢脱氯、萃取脱氯、亲核取代脱氯、吸附脱氯等,探讨了各技术研究的进展及存在的问题,并在此基础上重点介绍了吸附脱氯技术。脱氯剂是吸附脱氯工艺的核心技术。详细介绍了金属氧化物类、活性炭类、分子筛类吸附脱氯剂的研究进展,尤其是对分子筛类吸附剂的改性工艺进行了分析探讨和展望。

Abstract:

In the process of oil exploitation, the addition of chlorine containing oilfield additives led to the chloride content in petroleum products seriously exceeding the standard, which led to a large number of organic chlorides entering the reforming feedstock oil, aggravated the corrosion of equipment and pipelines, caused catalyst poisoning and pipeline blockage, and endangered the normal operation of reforming equipment. At present, the main technologies of reforming oil dechlorination include catalytic hydrogenation dechlorination, extraction dechlorination, nucleophilic substitution dechlorination, adsorption dechlorination, etc. The research progress and existing problems of each technology are discussed, and on this basis, the adsorption dechlorination technology is emphatically introduced. Dechlorination agent is the core technology of adsorption dechlorination process. This article provides a detailed introduction to the research progress of metal oxide, activated carbon, and molecular sieve based adsorption and dechlorination agents, especially the analysis, discussion, and outlook on the modification process of molecular sieve based adsorbents.
