大型连续重整装置腐蚀分析与对策

摘要:

以某大型炼化企业3.8 Mt/a连续重整装置为探究案例,简述装置自投产以来在催化剂再生系统、脱戊烷塔回流系统、复合型空冷系统等部位出现的腐蚀情况并进行相关机理分析。腐蚀情况:催化剂再生系统腐蚀包括催化剂黑烧空气线氯化物应力开裂腐蚀、高温脱氯罐腐蚀、催化剂提升管线颗粒磨损腐蚀;脱戊烷塔回流系统腐蚀表现为过滤器金属丝网已腐蚀消失,金属骨架腐蚀1/4,叶轮腐蚀严重等;复合型空冷系统腐蚀包括预冷翅片和蒸发管束腐蚀。通过对各设备腐蚀情况分析,提出加强原料组分监控、提高工艺防腐、管道材质升级等应对措施,有效降低了设备管道全周期腐蚀速率,保证连续重整装置的长周期平稳运行。

Abstract:

Taking a 3.8 MM TPY continuous reforming unit of a large refining and chemical enterprise as an exploration case, this paper briefly describes the corrosion conditions that have occurred in the catalyst regeneration system, depentanizer reflux system, composite air cooling system, and other parts of the unit since its commissioning, and analyzes the relevant mechanisms. Corrosion of catalyst regeneration system includes chloride stress cracking corrosion of catalyst black burning air line, high temperature dechlorination tank corrosion, and particle wear corrosion of catalyst lifting pipeline. The corrosion of the reflux system of the depentanizer includes the disappearance of corrosion on the filter metal mesh because, 1/4 corrosion on the metal skeleton, and severe corrosion on the impeller. The corrosion of composite air cooling systems includes corrosion of pre cooled fins and evaporative tube bundles. By analyzing the corrosion situation of various equipment, measures such as strengthening the monitoring of feedstock components, improving process anti-corrosion, and upgrading pipeline materials are proposed to effectively reduce the full cycle corrosion rate of equipment and pipelines, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the continuous reforming unit.
