PIMS模型修正体积物性递归若干问题探讨

AspenPIMS(过程工业模型化系统)是美国艾斯本公司开发的一款功能强大的用于过程工业经济规划的工具软件,可为企业的生产经营活动提供决策依据,广泛应用于生产计划安排、原油优化采购、流程优化、效益测算、库存管理、瓶颈问题分析等方面。根据物料量类型分类,国内炼油厂PIMS模型主要为质量基模型。对质量基模型中常规体积物性递归存在的偏差问题进行了论述,并提出用体积物性原值与密度的商作为体积物性替代值来处理体积物性的方法,通过这个方法可以消除常规体积物性递归的偏差。

Abstract:

Aspen PIMS is a powerful tool software for process industry economic planning. It can provide decision-making basis for the production and operation activities of enterprises, and is widely used in production planning arrangement, crude oil optimization procurement, process optimization, benefit calculation, inventory management, bottleneck problem analysis, and other aspects. According to the classification of material quantity types, the main PIMS model for domestic refineries is the weight basis model. The article discusses the deviation problem of conventional volume property recursion in weight based models, and proposes a method of using the quotient of the original volume property value and density as the substitute value for volume property to handle volume property. This method can eliminate the deviation of conventional volume property recursion.
