某丙烷脱氢装置框架结构优化与费用分析

摘要: 以某丙烷脱氢装置设备框架的优化实施为例,介绍了各种框架结构的特点,分析了设备框架的约束条件,根据不同阶段对项目特点及条件变化的认识不断加深,动态优化。框架主要考虑载荷、空间布置和设备振动的影响,将框架结构由基础设计的全部钢结构调整为部分钢结构、多数混凝土结构方式,识别到反应气压缩压缩机及干气压缩压缩机构成为这些框架的关键路线,在钢筋混凝土现浇方案的基础上,进一步优化为现浇立柱、预制梁及屋顶结构复合实施,工期由9个月缩短到6个月。整个结构优化实施后,工程费用由基础设计的4047万元减少到3110万元,工期目标实现,并获得框架设备减震、减小施工安全风险等积极效果。方案动态优化并付诸实施是实现工程目标的关键。

Abstract: This article takes the optimization and implementation of the equipment framework for a propane dehydrogenation unit as an example to introduce the characteristics of various framework structures and analyze the constraints of the equipment framework. The optimization is deepened according to the understanding of project characteristics and condition changes at different stages. The framework mainly considers the impact of load, spatial layout, and equipment vibration, changing the framework structure from the original all-steel structure in the basic design to a combination of partial steel structure and majority concrete structure. The key routes of these frameworks are identified as the reaction gas compressor and the dry gas compressor. On the basis of the in-situ cast concrete plan, it is further optimized to cast-in-place columns, prefabricated beams, and a composite roof structure, reducing the construction period from 9 months to 6 months. After the entire structural optimization was implemented, the project cost was reduced from the initially designed 40.47 million yuan to 31.10 million yuan, the construction period target was achieved, and positive effects such as framework equipment vibration reduction and construction safety risk reduction were obtained. Dynamic optimization of the plan and its implementation are key to achieving project goals.
