生物基脱硝技术在催化裂化装置应用总结

摘要: 介绍了非氨生物基无触媒宽温脱硝技术在某企业2.8Mt/a催化裂化装置余热锅炉烟气脱硝中的应用情况。分别选取装置在2022年和2023年同期且参数接近的工况,考察了生物基脱硝剂的脱硝效果。结果表明:加剂前后,催化裂化装置外排烟气中NOx的质量浓度由150mg/m³降至56mg/m³,满足当地烟气NOx环保排放要求;非氨基脱硝助剂喷淋在余热锅炉炉膛中,未影响到炉膛温度(温度保持在790℃左右);余热锅炉烟气压力降和出口温度无明显变化;非氨基脱硝助剂在余热锅炉炉膛中与烟气中NOx充分反应,外排废水COD(化学需氧量)为8~25mg/L、氨氮(NH3-N)的质量浓度为0.2~0.7mg/L,达到厂控环保指标要求。生物基脱硝技术在催化裂化装置余热锅炉烟气脱硝中的应用效果好,实现了企业外排烟气脱硝安全环保以及装置平稳长周期生产。

Abstract: The application of non-ammonia bio-based catalyst-free wide-temperature denitrification technology in the flue gas denitrification of the waste heat boiler in a 2.8Mt/a catalytic cracking unit of a certain enterprise is introduced. The denitrification effect of the bio-based denitrification agent was inspected by selecting the same period and similar parameters of the device in 2022 and 2023. The results show that before and after the addition of the agent, the mass concentration of NOx in the flue gas discharged from the catalytic cracking unit was reduced from 150mg/m³ to 56mg/m³, meeting the local flue gas NOx environmental emission requirements; the non-ammonia denitrification aid was sprayed in the furnace chamber of the waste heat boiler, without affecting the furnace chamber temperature (maintained at around 790℃); there was no significant change in the pressure drop and outlet temperature of the waste heat boiler flue gas; the non-ammonia denitrification aid fully reacted with NOx in the furnace chamber of the waste heat boiler, and the COD of the discharged wastewater was 8-25mg/L, and the mass concentration of NH3-N was 0.2-0.7mg/L, meeting the factory control environmental protection indicators. The application effect of bio-based denitrification technology in the flue gas denitrification of the waste heat boiler in the catalytic cracking unit is good, achieving the safe and environmental protection of the enterprise's flue gas denitrification and the stable and long-term production of the device.
