Improvement of flue gas denitrification technology for process heating furnaces and CO boilers

摘要:

敏感地区石油炼制烟气中NOₓ正在或即将执行GB 31570—2015《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》特别排放限值或更严苛的地方标准。以现行的脱硝技术,部分工艺加热炉、催化裂化装置CO锅炉烟气未能满足全时合格的要求,或为满足要求会产生负面影响。文中针对存在的问题,探讨了新技术及联合方式,以期为实现烟气中NOₓ的超低排放提供参考,如:结合烟气污染物分析采取CO燃烧控制优化技术,实现理论配比燃料和空气,控制烟气中的CO在微量水平,控制燃烧处于不完全燃烧和完全燃烧的临界状态,最大程度降低炉膛氧含量,进而降低热力型NOₓ含量,NOₓ外排量(折算值)可减少30%以上;采取非氨基选择性非催化还原脱硝技术(非氨基SNCR)实施于催化裂化装置CO锅炉,NOₓ排放浓度可降低至50 mg/m³以下。

Abstract:

In environmentally sensitive areas, nitrogen oxides (NOₓ) emissions from petroleum refining flue gas are or will be subject to the special emission limits of GB 31570—2015 Pollutant Emission Standards for Petroleum Refining Industry or more stringent local standards. With current denitrification technology, the flue gas of some process heating furnaces and CO boilers in catalytic cracking units fails to meet the requirements of full-time qualification, or may have negative impacts in order to meet the requirements. In response to the existing problems, the article explores new technologies and coupling methods in order to provide a reference for achieving ultra-low emissions of NOₓ in flue gas. For example: adopting CO combustion control optimization technology combined with flue gas pollutant analysis, it can achieve the theoretical ratio of fuel and air, control CO at trace levels, and control combustion at the critical state between incomplete combustion and complete combustion, thereby maximizing the reduction of furnace oxygen content and reducing thermal NOₓ. NOₓ emissions (converted value) can be reduced by more than 30%; the non-amino SNCR (non-amino selective non-catalytic reduction denitrification) technology is implemented in the CO boiler in the catalytic cracking unit, and the NOₓ concentration can be reduced to below 50 mg/m³.
